1. Service Delivery Timeline
- Project timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the services agreed upon.
- After a signed agreement and initial payment, we will provide an estimated timeline and key milestones.
- Ongoing services, such as digital marketing or SEO, are delivered according to the terms outlined in the client contract (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.).
2. Communication & Collaboration
- Clients will receive regular updates via email, shared documents, or scheduled meetings.
- We require timely feedback and approvals from clients to ensure we meet project deadlines.
3. Delivery of Digital Assets
- Final deliverables (e.g., websites, ad creatives, SEO reports) are provided digitally via email, file-sharing platforms (e.g., Google Drive), or directly implemented into live environments as per agreement.
4. Revisions
- Revisions and edits are handled according to the scope of work defined in the client’s contract.
- Any additional work outside of scope may require a separate agreement and fee.
5. No Physical Products
- Canea Media does not sell or ship any physical goods. All services and deliverables are digital in nature.
6. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for services rendered unless explicitly stated in a written agreement with the client.
- If you believe a refund or partial refund is warranted, please refer to the terms in your service contract or contact us directly to discuss.
